Product returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. (v.2251/1994). In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Returns are not accepted for products that we bring to the store on order.

You are not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3l of law 2251/94 and in any other case where this is provided for by law or this in accordance with the law.

Returns are accepted on the condition that:

• The products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with.
• You contacted us on the same day or the next business day with our online store.
• The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a registered letter sent by post, fax to 2810-344005 or e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.).

In the event that you detect a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next business day at 2810-280067. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method of return, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund may be made by crediting your account that you will notify the Company.
