General Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period Unless otherwise stated, all machines, accessories and accessories are covered by a two (2) year warranty (if the product is intended for amateur use) and starts from the date of purchase.

2. WARRANTY ACTIVATION The Warranty is valid upon receipt or purchase invoice. In order for a product to be tested in order to use its warranty, it must be delivered to us and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. The warranty is valid only if

1. The machine, component and accessory was used for the purpose for which it was designed and also used, installed and maintained in accordance with the user manual and maintenance.
2. There is proof - purchase invoice for the machine
3. Factory, technical and packaging defects or damage during transport have been confirmed.

4. Exceptions

1. The warranty is considered completely invalid in case NON-genuine spare parts have been used, or modifications have been made to the machine. Χρήση has been used and maintained without the required care.
2. The warranty on cylinders and pistons is only valid in the event of a factory defect.
3. The warranty does not apply to cutting parts, straps, batteries and other parts which are subject to normal wear, except in cases where the wear was caused by a factory defect.
4. The company Vassilios E. & amp; Co. OE is not responsible for loss of revenue and damage of any kind, which result from the malfunction or improper use of the machine.

3. WARRANTY PROCEDURE

1. The time required for this process to evolve varies, depending on the nature of the problem.
2. For the completion of the warranty process, we are responsible for repairing and remedying the problem unless a warranty is provided by the respective house.
3. The store is responsible for handling the process (ie receiving the product and returning it repaired to the consumer)
